Travelocity Roaming Gnome
Some of you may find this weird or tacky or even kind of creepy, but it can be awesome if you give it a chance! The Travelocity Roaming Gnome is a little gnome (obviously) that you can put in your garden to add some wit or liveliness. It will probably just stand there and not really do much, so I’m not going to guarantee that it will be that lively, but hey, you never know!
The great thing about this gnome is that it doesn’t have to go in your garden! You can put it on a front step or even in a windowsill, that way it can watch all your neighbors go by! Wherever you decide to put this little guy, it will be sure to brighten up your day whenever you see it!
*Remember where you put him, because you never know where he will be!
Video Monday: Bloom Master Hanging Basket Planter
Brighten up a kitchen window or corner of the deck with a Bloom Master Hanging Basket Planter! Plant tons of plants into one basket, and then watch as they all bloom!
Large Cedar Potting Bench
You might think that potting benches are for little old ladies with a stoop and giant sun hats and cats running around everywhere. Well you’re wrong. I do not fit that description whatsoever and I love potting benches! We had one outside near the side of our house and it was kind of dirty and unusable. Well I painted the top a nice bright blue, cleaned it up, and potted my earthbox on it!
That might not work for you though, especially if you don’t already have a potting bench. In which case, you should get one! The first thing that you should know about the Large Cedar Potting Bench is that it’s large. And it’s cedar. Now that we got that cleared up, you should also know that it is insect and weather resistant with 16 sq feet of countertop space. It has four large hooks that you can use to hang gloves or trowels. It can be used indoors or outdoors and there is some assembly required. It also features an enclosed tray for your potting soil and a bottom shelf and storage drawer for all of your other gardening equipment. So pot your plants with ease this summer with the Large Cedar Potting Bench!
Shades and Awnings
During the summertime, it’s nice to have the windows open, or to sit out on your porch, but sometimes it can really be uncomfortable, especially if it’s hot AND humid. Don’t let the sun’s rays get to you anymore! Sun shades and awnings are made with specific material that is designed to keep the sun from getting through. Put one up over your window, or around an outdoor area and you will feel the difference. Sun shades or awnings will also keep your furniture from fading, so if that’s a big issue for you, I would look into these. All the shades roll up, so you can set it at the right length for your windows, and the awnings are all retractable, so if you need some sun, go ahead and roll it up!
Summertime!!
I know that I’ve been writing about summer for a while now, but today is the first official day! That is cause for a celebration! Grab your picnic baskets, your grilling utensils, and your bug spray and get on out there into the wild wilderness! Don’t forget an umbrella or sun hat to stay cool with! And of course you could never go without your lanterns because you will stay out all night! BUT, the most important item on your party shopping list is a fire pit because it’s not a party without a bonfire!
So go ahead and party till dawn cause we’ve got all you need to do it right!

They are great for hiking, sporting events, or even canoeing! Several have the plates and eating utensils included for two people. Others have enough for four people, so you can bring your whole family along! If you do plan on getting wet, then try the Zuma Waterproof Insulated Backpack, which has an insulated cooler section and a mesh section for storage. There is even a Hot Beverage Pack to carry your coffee or tea around with you! They all are insulated and will keep your food hot or cold for hours! So if you plan to get hungry while you are on the go, try a Backpack Picnic Tote, so your food can go with you!
Yard Rover Wheelbarrow
Everybody needs wheelbarrows. They are basically a necessity of life. If you don’t have a wheelbarrow, your life is probably going to be a million times harder than it needs to be. And those are legitimate numbers there. Why make your life so much harder than it needs to be? Don’t. Just get a wheelbarrow. But not just any wheelbarrow.
You need a Yard Rover 2 Wheel Poly Wheelbarrow. It has TWO wheels in the front, not just one, so it makes for easier maneuverability! The tray will not rust, so go ahead and haul those old soggy pieces of wood around! This is the easiest wheelbarrow to handle and it comes with everything you need to assemble it!
Father’s Day Gift Ideas
Father’s Day is coming up on Sunday, June 20! Will you be ready? It’s okay if you said no, because here are a few ideas to move you along!
What do guys like to do? They like to wear gloves! Even if it is not necessary. The other day we were in Home Depot and here comes my dad rolling a cart and wearing work gloves! (He wasn’t really working). So this is sure to be something that he will love!
Can you guess your dad’s favorite drink? Well here’s a clue.
The Deluxe Edition Home Beer Brewing Kit will let him make his own! It is completely reusable and comes with everything he needs to make his first batch of beer!
Leatherman. That’s all you need to know. The Leatherman Fuse Multi Tool has blades, pliers, wire cutters, screwdrivers, and a 25 yr warranty! So what have you got to lose?
To go along with your dad’s favorite drink, why not give him something that
will make his favorite food even better? Steak Branding Irons are where it’s at! You can pick from Nascar, colleges, or personalized sets.
Whimsical Outdoor Decor
Maybe you’re feeling like you’re in a good mood today, and just want to try something fun, or maybe you are feeling a little down in the dumps and need some perking up. Whatever your current situation is, you can accommodate yourself with some whimsical outdoor decor! Whether you want to play a little joke on a friend by flamingoing their yard or add a little humor to your own yard with a squashed cat, you can find it all at yardlover.com!
Don’t be afraid to try a new type of decorating. Most likely you will get a big kick out of watching all the double takes from your neighbors!

Insect Repellents
We all know what summertime means! It means hot weather, spending the
day at the pool, late-night cookouts, and camping under the stars! But throughout the duration of all these outdoor events, you are probably being watched. By bugs! They are everywhere and wait until you’re unsuspecting before they attack! And all these miniature attacks will add up and before long, you will be covered in itching, painful little bites!
But don’t worry, there is a way to put a stop to this! Obviously you could just never go outside again, but let’s be realistic here. You need something that will keep you safe and comfortable during your summer fun. Now if you’re an on-the-go type of person, you need a personal repellent that you can spray and go, like Liquid Net Insect Repellent. It is all natural and 100% deet free! It also comes in handy little wipes! If you are just planning on having a deck party and don’t really want to smell like bug spray, I would recommend a Citronella Candle. Put them anywhere, light them up, and enjoy the party!
