Driveway Rebound Markers

Most likely everyone has dealt with a tricky driveway or two in their lifetime.  If you’re like me, you may have problems every day with getting out of your own driveway because your driveway is steep, narrow, or has difficult turns and you never know where the edges are.

My house has a very long, narrow driveway which is difficult to get out of when a car is already parked to one side.  One day my family was going to Grandma’s for a picnic and I was appointed the driver because I needed to get all my hours in for Behind-the-Wheel class.  I was attempting to back out without running into the flowers on one side or hit my dad’s truck on the other.  I was concentrating on finding out where the edge of the driveway where the flowers were.  While I was looking for the garden, I turned slightly and scraped the back of my car onto the front of my dad’s truck and I broke my tail light.  I tried to turn and ran over the edge into the garden.  Let’s just say that it was not a very pleasant picnic.

If my dad had gotten Driveway Rebound Markers BEFORE this little incident, it may never have happened!  Driveway Rebound Markers have reflective tape wrapped around them, making them easy to spot, even at night.  They are made of fiberglass, so if they’re bumped, they spring right back up and they won’t break.  They are very helpful for those with tricky driveways or beginner drivers and they’re great if your driveway is covered in snow and you can’t see the edges!
